STEVENSON

 

Starting in Auvergnes to the Cévennes, the GR70, called Stevenson’s path, has a lot to share with the famous Compostela path, beyond their frequent overlapping. 

The territories crossed, though with varying reliefs,  are all charged with a powerful mystique. To this, has to be added the omnipresence of Stevenson’s narrative which intensifies when arriving in protestant lands. This is how this GR also embraces the status of pilgrim’s path in it’s own particular way.
